The construction of urban rail transitlab will help students to master the operation condition and operation management,simulation of locomotive control system design is the foundation of the urban rail transitlaboratory platform, it controls the train on the track speed driving, pit stop and stopwhen you leave the station, and emergency stop operation, and returns the velocity andposition information to the upper machine, operation and dispatching management,based on the speed of the train to return to, the location information of relatedmanagement work, therefore, can be said to simulate locomotive control system designin the whole urban rail transit plays a decisive role in the construction of laboratory.This paper’s main work includes:1. Design the simulation of the locomotive control system general scheme,hardware parts use dual serial port MCU STC2C5A60S2as the core, with locomotivewireless controller and the control card, supplemented by train control softwareplatform to complete.2. Design the power supply, PWM motor drive, wireless communication, RFIDcard, voice broadcast, speed measuring circuit module, etc.The design has two characteristics:1. Locomotive wireless controller can be hold by the operating personnel,simulated manned to control locomotive’s drive, and through the LCD display theinformation of the speed and location from the locomotive control card.2. Using visual programming language, gives the operator an image intuitiveinterface, and the maximum verisimilitude driver interface DMI.Verified by test, the system of data and information to return accurate, whensimulating locomotive in orbit, enough to ensure locomotive running, reliableinformation about the returned no data loss phenomenon, the desired design goal. |
