The purpose of mechanical product design defects identification theory and methodis to verify the design functional, judge the reality process and so on during the productdesign stage. Which not only identified design defect but also corrected the defect. Themethod can effectively improve the research and development of the traditionalmechanical product design process, get the design process and the verification processunified and carried out simultaneously. So the method can reduce the cycle of newproduct development and cost.In this thesis, accuracy design defect identification models and methods arediscussed on the basis of fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (AHP), improved artificialimmune system algorithm and vaccine injection based immune algorithm. A solutionand theory framework are proposed.The contradiction between product accuracy design and realistic processingcapacity is considered as design defect. Firstly, the AHP method and fuzzy hierarchyevaluation method are used to evaluate the realistic processing capacity, whichevaluated from product characteristic hierarchy, scheme hierarchy and schememembership hierarchy layer by layer. Secondly, improve fuzzy decision making theoryand method is used to locating the design defect. Finally, correct the design defect thenmake the product accuracy design and realistic processing capacity matched. Theapplication example proved that is effective.The realistic processing capacity of product accuracy design is studied, based onbiological immune mechanism an improved artificial immune principle algorithm ispresented. This algorithm simulate the process of biological immune system destroyinvading antigen. Assume enterprise as organism, the equipment from the enterprise asthe lymphocytes could produce antibodies which represent the production capacity. Alsoassume product design as antigens, into the simulate environment. After processing,antibodies will matching every antigen, and then locate the design defects position.Apply algorithm to reality example analyze and the simulated result prove the algorithmcan identify defects, ensure the design workability. The antibody population from improved artificial immune system algorithm couldnot represent the enterprise reality processing capacity completely. So using vaccinationoperation to enrich the antibody population. Vaccine collection contained two parts ofinformation: one is technical personnel enterprise equipment operating capacity, and theother one is experience judgment of possible defect locations. Applied to the caseanalysis, the results of analysis showed that the effectiveness of vaccination algorithm.Based on fuzzy analytical hierarchy process, artificial immune system and vaccineinjected algorithm, the product precision design defect identifying models and methodspresented in this thesis will provide some effective theories and methods for mechanicalproduct design defect identification.
