With the rapid development of industrialization and the increasingly high demandfor the safety of the production process, the mechanical fault diagnosis technology isbecoming increasingly important. This paper aims to mechanical fault diagnosistechnology research to find the fit that diagnosis theory and mechanical fault diagnosissystem, the fault diagnosis theory is applied to the actual project, it is hoped to be ableto create a strong market vitality mature products.The main content is the Research and Implementation of the feature extractionalgorithm and pattern classification algorithm. Include the following aspects:(1) This paper studies the signal processing methods and algorithms with differentsystem interface solutions. Algorithm class library using C#language, and the algorithmis applied to the fault diagnosis system based on Wince.(2) In the study of feature extraction algorithm, the algorithm dynamic link librarywritten in C and the algorithm is applied to the PC-based fault diagnosis system.(3) Prepared using matlab characteristics extraction algorithm function, to using matlabmixed programming techniques algorithm integrated into the diagnostic testing of thesystem based on B/S structure.(4) Research on fault diagnosis method based on support vector machine andsuccessfully developed fault diagnosis aided design platform software.By various vibrations signal processing algorithms studied in this paper test resultsshow that the various algorithms studied in this paper basically meet the demand forengineering applications and can be practical engineering applications. By testing aideddesign software designed by the authors, the results indicate that the software has betterperformance.
