With the rapid development of the smart grid, Intelligent Substation also been a rapid development opportunities, while test method of smart substation secondary system appeared significant deficiencies. In2011, Sichuan Electric Power Test&Research Institute and university of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) jointly proposed a novel whole-view test approach for onsite commissioning in smart substation, which in turn developed a related test systems. However, there is some hidden failure in the use of the process of electronic transformer, which affects the application of electronic transformer. Thus, the State Grid Corporation of China use a new mode of the electromagnetic transformer combined with merging unit (MU), which maintain the same structure of the secondary system. In order to expand the use of a novel whole-view test approach for onsite commissioning in smart substation and to greatly improve the test efficiency of secondary system of smart substation, it is very necessary to develop the distributed test system faced electromagnetic transformer.Distributed test system using the master-slave mode. Based on wireless time synchronization, distributed injection of simulated data, and the analog output of electromagnetic transformer, it has achieved the joint test in secondary system of the substation. The key components involved in a whole-view test may include the digital simulation of power network (signal source), electromagnetic transformer simulator (signal conversion and data acquisition), and efficient communication link (data transmission and synchronization). This article focuses on electromagnetic transformer simulator and the support technology of efficient communication link.In the second chapter, the main argument is the design of the wireless transmission network and principle of system clock. And then it verified the correctness by experimental results. In the third chapter, it mainly achieves the overall design of master from two aspects of hardware and software. In the fourth chapter, it firstly proposed the overall design of the slave, and then described the design process from the software and hardware, in the end; design the experiment to test the correctness.Then it described the usage of this subject in the Hong Xing110KV intelligent substation, which fully proved strong ability of the field experiment by the different test.In the end of this article, it summarized the topic work, as well as looking subject subsequent work.
