With the advantage of small size, low inertia, high power density andefficiency, fast response and wide speed range, the permanent magnetsynchronous motor has been widely used in various areas of drive. The directtorque control has become an important research focus for its advantagessince carried out.Usually speed sensor just like hall current sensor or photoelectric codedisk is used to detect the speed and position and then to control the motor.But the volume, the interface circuit and the cost increases, moreover thestability and reliability of system will be reduced when humidity and otherphysical conditions affect on those sensors with the installation of thesemechanical sensors. Therefore, the speed sensor-less control of permanentmagnet synchronous motor technology is becoming a hot research topic.Problems of multi-motor synchronous control can be faced in actualproduction and engineering application. And the control trend of intelligentbecomes more and more obvious. So the research of intelligent synchronouscontrol on multi-motor is of great theoretical and has great practical value.This paper make a speed sensor-less direct torque control system ofpermanent magnet synchronous based on the stator flux model referenceadaptive speed estimation with the advantages of permanent magnetsynchronous motor and the good self-adaptability and robustness of modelreference adaptive control. It designs a speed compensation of multi-motorbased on fuzzy PID control, and using it in the system of speed sensor-lesspermanent magnet synchronous motor synchronous control. The controlled ofsingle motor using speed sensor-less direct torque control. The simulationexperiment is carried out for these above design using Matlab/Simulink. Anda speed sensor-less permanent magnet synchronous motor synchronoussystem is devised. The technology of CAN bus is used in the communication between the multi-motor and the TMS320F2812DSP is used as the corecontrol chip for the speed sensor-less direct torque control of single permanentmagnet synchronous motor.
