Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics has high strength,excellent corrosion resistance,outstanding anti-fatigue performance and it can seismic isolation and reduction remarkably.Inrecent years, the active reinforcement of prestressing CFRP board has a wide range of useand rapid development in bridge engingeering especially the reinforced concrete bridge.Thistype of reinforcement can stop the structure cracking and further developing,shorten crack,improve the structure stiffness degree,yield load,limited enduring capacity of the structure.In the case of the CFRP board associating with the steel bar of the beam,the steel bar strainwill be shorten.In this paper,regarding Long Tou Zui Gou bridge a simple supported-continuous bridgeas an engineering background. Analysing the variation caused by prestressed CFRP boardwhen the structure is reinforced and when the structure has been reinforced.Evaluating effect of reinforcement to the bridge form dynamic characteristics of bridgeto other target. Main research contents in the article are as follows.1. Studying mechanism of prestressed CFRF board in reinforcing bridges,analysingbonding mode of CFRP board and concrete,infering the formula of characteristic bendingmoment of bridges reinforced by CFRP board when all the assumption are met. Calculatingultimate loading bearing capacity of the bridge when CFRP board is broken, when concretein broken,or when they both are broken together. Calculating formula of strength of obliquesection in the help of specification and former research conclusion.2. Discussing mechanical behavior when CFRP board is stretched,calculating thelargest strain we can apply.when we amplify the the rate elastic modulus to thickness ofCFRP the strain will be increase.when we decrease the rate of prestressing force to rubberstiffness and increase he rate elastic modulus to thickness of CFRP, the shear in the end of thestructure will be relaxd.3. Discussing construction craft of bridge strengthening by CFRP board. Giving theprestressing construction technology. Introducing Wave-shape-gear-grip anchor and U-ferruleand their mechanical mechanism,Comparising the two anchor.4. Analysing diseases of’ Long Tou Zui Gou bridge and reinforcing it reasonably,Thefinite element moder of it is created,and the beam strain and camber is tested,evaluatingthe reinforcement effect form dynamic characteristics to beam strain and the verification tocoefficient.
