The fast growth of the national economy, prompting civil engineering construction also will flourish, In the process of socialist construction in full swing, the high-rise buildings has increasingly become the mainstream of today’s development. Especially complex soil soft land with special land segment, the foundation design, processing and construction of more and more problems. Pile as one of the main methods of their processing,has attact increasingly subject to the attention of the majority of engineering and technical personnel, thus, the theory is also imminent settlement calculation of pile foundation in foundation works.Many scholars have done a lot in this regard in order to get accurate and actual pile foundation settlement calculation method. Model tests relying on single and group piles in homogeneous foundation in layered soil the settlement calculation lot derivation and validation. This paper completed the following tasks:(1) On the pile settlement computing applications "trilinear model" to better fit the nonlinear process of change of the single pile load displacement.(2) Pile group calculated on the basis of use of the principle of minimum complementary energy elasticity, then set the pile stress of the trial function, use Winkler shear beam model to simulate the pile, the pile-soil interaction with the action of the spring to the equivalent analog indirectly considerthe "pile group effect" in the calculation of the pile group. Parameters calculated by the Ritz variational method to solve a homogeneous soil medium-long pile group foundation.(3)Foundation for the length of homogeneous mixing (non-isometric) Settlement calculation of pile groups, in this paper, short-pile simulation of virtual piles, and pile into account when calculating the interaction between long-pile effect.(4) In homogeneous soil conditions, the model test of the three types of piles sedimentation measurements and the results of this theoretical calculations were carried out to verify the feasibility and accuracy of computation theory.(5) In the group of layered soil pile foundation settlement calculation, the virtual side of the pile soil pile role of the new amendments, and foundation soil stratification for a new division of computational theory still use the aforementioned variational principle, solving a layered soil pile group in computational theory, making the method more practical.
