In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s real estate industry, the high-rise building more and more, but many of the buildings due to the design structure selected unreasonable, leading to the building, there are many security risks, and pre-construction budget and after the completion of the actual cost disparity drama, design, reasonable structure was particularly important, structural optimization process is often an iterative modifications and calculation process, so the structure of the program design phase, the architect can initially determine a reasonable structure design, analysis of its structure to optimize the structure more reasonable force, building materials to get the most efficient use of the design of engineering structures has important practical significance.Article relying on engineering example, high-rise shear wall structure engineering for the study, according to the architectural layout using the finite element structural analysis software YJKS the PKPM establish shear wall structure model. Analysis of the role of the seismic force under different shear wall arrangement of the structural dynamic characteristics, deformation characteristics, the internal force characteristics and the amount of steel. The results of the analysis to optimize the structure, as follows:The number of walls and layout design variables, to reverse the effect of the structure of a minimum of the objective function, the use of structural analysis software SATWE to optimize the design of the structure, the optimal solution structure to reverse the effect of the minimum number of walls and layout. From the analysis and calculation results:the number of shear walls and the layout is an important factor to affect the internal force characteristics, in order to optimize the structure of the method is feasible.Shear wall thickness and length of the pier as design variables, and degeneration characteristics of the structure and internal force characteristics constraints, the minimum amount of steel structure as the objective function, analysis YJKS. Compared results of the analysis found that the optimized structural steel than before optimization save6.11%savings in the amount of steel and reasonable changes in shear wall thickness and wall limb length to reverse the effect of the structure some improvement.On the basis of SATWE analysis using finite element analysis software YJKS all models of the structure before and after optimization calculation and analysis, and compare the results of the analysis of the results of its analysis and SATWE, the basic structure of the vibration cycle, the story drift and torsional effects agreement, to prove the accuracy of the calculation of the structure.
