Due to energy conservation, environmental protection and the changes in temperaturewater source, The heat pump system has been widely used in central air conditioning systemof hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, high-level office buildings, theater, its structure iscompact, small volume, light weight, efficient energy saving and it can be walked in thebalcony and room in any place and installed easily and flexibly. But its work noise is one ofthe main factors affecting the environment, in recent years, many large and medium-sizedcities increased a nuisance events about heat pump, problem of heat pump noise has becamegeneral problem of stationary sources of noise pollution in city.This subject keep water source heat pump system as an example. this study analysis thatthe main noise is from the pump, and partly is the compressor mechanical noise, aerodynamicnoise and noise of fan in the water source heat pump system. This article takes for centrifugalpumps as the research object and analyzes its noise.the3d model of centrifugal water pump is builded in this paper,, and using Vnoisesoftware for simulating it noise, through the analysis of simulation results, concluded that thenoise of the pump has a characteristic of broad band, big noise peak and volatility. Noisespectrum characteristics is shown in the low frequency, low frequency range in63-500Hz,intermediate frequency range in500-1000Hz, the highest sound pressure level above70dB.According to the noise characteristics of the centrifugal water pump, this paper adoptsthe combination of noise elimination and sound insulation to reduce noise. For mechanicalnoise of the pump, controlling noise in the sound source is a effective measure, so the effect isobvious by using of soundproof cover to reduce mechanical noise, according to the actualcircumstances of the water source heat pump system, this article equip soundproof cover inthe outside of heat pump units (including water pump), and design a double structure; Forexhaust noise of the pump by using muffler to reduce noise, through the model deduction;this paper designs to equip a double room resistance muffler on the sound insulation cover; Inorder to guarantee the normal operation of the system and water pump, this paper also madethe heat treatment for the sound insulation cover, heat partly is taken away by cooling waterof circulating pump, another part heat use mechanical ventilation.
