In the mechanism research, because there is a large amount of data which needs to beprocessed,and the previous derivation process is so tedious,error-prone,and the most of themcould be configured to the matrix equations.Therefore,these researchers need to seek auniversal method that can directly solve the matrix operation.This paper illustrates several representative parts of the mechanical principle,such as thekinematic analysis,the type judgment,the optimization design and the static and dynamicanalysis of the plane linkages;the single degree of freedom mechanical system operation;thevelocity fluctuation regulation;the design of the cam mechanism and so on.Making use of theunique function of matrix operation and the optimization toolbox,and combining with theapplication of numerical solution for design calculation and analysis,to explore a matrixanalytic method which is based on the Matlab and the numerical solution.This solution provides a scheme for the motion of the mechanism,mechanic analysis,thedesign and optimization of the mechanism in the Mechanical principle,and give some help tothe mechanism parametric design;in addition,there should be some reference value to solvethe similar problems.
