Reseach On Applications Of Coal Gangue In Bridges And Culverts Back Backfilling

Coal gangue is the kind of industrial solid waste with coal mining process of emissions,a large number of coal gangue accumulation,not only take up a lot of land resources,but also on the surrounding environment and groundwater caused great pollution. Coal gangue as a kind of road engineering materials,has the remarkable economic and social benefits. Because of coal gangue engineering performance of complex,it is a blank of research on applications in highw-ay bridges and culverts back backfilling. So,for research of coal gangue in highway bridges an-d culverts back backfill has very important practical significance and promotion.The paper combines Heilongjiang province transportation hall key scientific and technolo-gical project " research of coal gangue in bridges and culverts back backfill "subject, mainly depending on Yi(Yilan)Qi (Qitaihe) highway entity project, using of coal gangue accumulation of Qitaihe area as the research object, In the acess to demestic and international relevant resear-ch results in the foundation, about coal gangue materials performance and aburment backfilling coal gangue construction technology to carry out the system research. The paper mainly for the following research:(1) The coal gangue for sampling the laboratory test, research and analysis of the coal ga-ngue particle composition, compaction characteristics, california bearing ratio characteristics,fr eeze-thaw stability and flooding disintegrating engineering characteristics such as, confirm the gangue as abutment backfilling material is feasible, come up with the basic requirements of coal gangue filling.(2) Through the field rolling test,determines the abutment backfilling gangue rational loo-se laying depth, time grinding press and coefficient of loose laying and the other construction parameters,the paper introduces the method of settlement as abutment coal gangue backfilling a compaction quality indirect control method and the settlement control indicators.(3) The systematic study of the highway bridge abutment backfilling gangue construction technology, through the test road paving a lot to improve the highway bridges and culverts back backfilling gangue construction technology along with pave and sprinkler construction shch as key technology.(4) For far Taihe and Hutong bridge abutment backfill test section for a year of settlement monitoring, and hyperbola method for settlement data fitting formula and later settlement pred-iction, further verify the coal gangue as abutment backfilling materials and the feasibility of the construction technology of science.and put forward the abutment backfill process of some guidance.(5) Based on the abutment backfill roadbed filling period of different depth internal temp- erature for long-term observation,analysis of seasonally frozen regions coal gangue subgrade internal temperature variation characteristics for further research on abutment backfill section temperature field of the foundation.
