Use the two kinds of stabilized soil consisted of TG curing agent, lime and cement as the research object, analyse engineering properties of raw material and the curing mechanism of TG curing agent first, then use the orthogonal experiment method to design the radios of compound stabilized soil’s7d unconfined compressive strength test, and complete the orthogonal experiment. According to the results of orthogonal experiment, use the method of artificial neural network to build prediction model of the compound stabilized soil strength test results, through control match ratio indexes of the strength test, training to identify the simulation function of prediction model, so that to predict the remaining portion of the experiments’ results. Analyse the prediction results, consider the strength and economic factors to optimizate the mixture ratio of TG curing agent stabilized soil.Use the optimizetion mixture ratio as a guidance, research on the freeze-thaw stability of the two kinds of TG curing agent stabilized soil and another kind of stabilized soil without TG curing agent. Use the two kinds of stabilized soil respectively to pave the subbase in the test road, on the base of using the construction technology of concentrate mixing in mixing station, adopt different kinds of quality control according to the different times of work progress to ensure the project of high quality, and also make a calculating software of processing curing agent diluent. Examine the quality of the construction with degree of compaction and deflection value after complete the project.Using the orthogonal experiment and neural network combination method to predict the strength of stabilized soil, the prediction is accurate with the error less than4.4%. This paper shows that TG curing agent stabilized soil can be applied to use as subbase in expressway and first class highway, and be applied to use as both pavement base and subbase in secondary road and the following level road. With the merits of environmental conservation, economy and so on, TG curing agent stabilized soil can be widely applied.
