Anchor is one of the main load-bearing elements of the suspension bridge, thesecurity, stability and durability of the anchor system play a crucial role for the safeoperation of suspension bridge. For anchorage system, corrosive media will corrosionreinforced, prestressing tendons and the main cable, and reduce their fatigue life, If itcorrosion serious, that will lead to the prestressing tendons and the main cablesuddenly snapped, causing damage of the suspension bridge’s full-bridge force system,and even causing collapse. So far, because anchorage system corrosion problems havefew studies,it will has a great significance to establish the corrosion evaluation systemof the anchorage system and propose appropriate anti-corrosion treatment measures.Firstly, this paper proposed corrosive environmental factors and indicators of airpollution through the corrosion state of the environment in which the anchor systemand the corrosion mechanism of the various components.Then establish judging indexand judging standards and gives a quantitative level range. Based on the actual surveycontent data of corrosion factors in anchor indoor and the gaseous pollutants throughthe anchorage system corrosion test, then combining with the scope of the corrosionclassification, assessment anchoring system corrosion level by combine gray correla-tion analysis and Extension Theory.Secondly, in order to analyze whether the extent of corrosion of the anchor roomhave effect on the force and deformation of the full-bridge, established finite elementmodel of the main cable corrosion depth that were5.1mm,10.1mm,15.2mm,20.3mm,25.3mm,30.4mm.Find out the corrosive effect of the corrosion factors by comparisonwith the difference of the original model.Finally,based on the analysis of the results of actual on-site survey data and finiteelement model,comprehensive analysis of the seepage problems of the anchor indoor.Puts forward specific methods of drainage and dehumidification treatment options,solves the water erosion corrosion environment factors, achieved the purpose ofcompletely remove corrosion factors.Based on the analysis of measured data of Fengdu Yangtze River Bridge anchor-age corrosion test in April2013,using gray relational analysis and extension theory toevaluate assess the corrosion level of the anchor system. The results showed that thisevaluation method can be a good solution to the corrosion rating of the anchoragesystem, and have good operability and practicality.
