In this paper, taking the significant municipal project-The Big East Gate tunnelconstruction in Chengkou county in Chongqing as a background:tunnel midlinesthrough the just below and the side of the pile of the two building, and the Pile bottomelevation of the two buildings are in the different horizontal level. According to theactual cross section size of tunnel, tunnel and pile relative position, tunnel depth, surrounding rock and supporting material parameters and excavation method, use thefinite element general-purpose software ANSYS to simulate the tunnel excavate. Themain contents of this thesis are as follows:(1) Under the building of pile foundation load, according to the strength of rockmass, tunnel depth and pile location distribution, and then established the finiteelement model. using life and death unit in the finite element software to numericalsimulation the up and down bench excavation, focusing on analysis the settlement ofthe pile top, settlement of the tunnel vaults, the first principal stress of the pile bottomand the third principal stress of the tunnel vault.(2) Using the loading coefficient method, according to the strength of rock mass, tunnel depth and pile location distribution, and then established the finite elementmodel, Calculated the safety factor of building pile foundation, and analyzing itsinternal rules.(3) Comparing and analyzing the safety factor, which calculated on the differentstrength of rock mass, tunnel depth and pile location distribution, and obtained thesafe excavation distance of the pile foundation bottom and tunnel vault.
