There are more and more highway bridges work under the state of high stress andmultiple cycles, more and more overweight vehicles cross the bridge, and the material of thebridge is increasingly high strength and light weight, as a result fatigue failure frequentlyoccurs. Relying on973national issues which is “Study on the bridge behavior evolutiontheory and safety monitoring method”. And Baed on the methods of traffic condition surveysand making load frequency spectrum at home and abroad, this paper researches the weavemethod of two-dimensional load spectrum of fatigue test for highway bridge, which are listedas follows:①This paper introduces two methods of traffic condition survey, and proposes ainvestigation method for multi-lane roads;②It introduces different methods of load frequency spectrum in British StandardBS5400, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, EuropeanEurocode and Gerhardt Model, and provide reference for methods of load frequency spectrumin China.③Analysis on the vehicular loading for different multi-lane roads, and provide referencefor fatigue analysis of Multi-lane highway bridge.④Propose a weave method of two-dimensional load spectrum of fatigue test for highwaybridge;⑤Analysis on the weave method of two-dimensional load spectrum of fatigue test forfour highway bridges.The results showed that:①According to the different road lane established two-dimensional fatigue loadspectrum is feasible;②Load value of two dimension load spectrum is relevant to horizontal position of laneand load spectrum;③It is more economical, saves more material and has very little influence on the resultsfor single beam model of fatigue test to prefabricated bridge.④Using two dimension load spectrum for fatigue test is more in line with the actual tocontinuous bridges.
