Composite soil nailing is a newly support technology to meet the differentgeological conditions and engineering requirements which is developed from soilnailing combined with other forms of reinforcement means, and plays a huge hole inthe foundation pit slope engineering with its unique technical characteristics andremarkable economic benefits. Due to the influence factors of pre-stressed anchorcable composite soil nailing is more, the working mechanism of compound soilnailing structure is complex, and restricted by the condition, the experimental study isfew, which caused the status of the theory behind the practice. Based on the workingmechanism of the pre-stressed anchor cable composite soil nailing structure, usingMIDAS/GTS finite element to analysis the influencing factors to the composite soilnail supporting structure. And provides reference for the comparison of practicalengineering supporting scheme on the basis of the above research.This article main research content includes:1.Based on the summary of research status quo for soil nailing and composite soilnailing supporting technology at home and abroad, its definition, technicalcharacteristics and working features of composite soil nailing is cleared.2.On the basis of summarizing the existing research results for the composite soilnailing, discussed the working mechanism of soil nailing, the surface, the anchorcable and composite soil nailing. And introduces the finite element strengthsubtraction for the stability of reinforcement of artificial slope, and the constitutivemodel.3.Established the three-dimensional finite element calculation model of pre-stressedanchor cable composite soil nailing by using finite element software MIDAS/GTS.System analysis is carried out for the factors which influence the workingperformance of the compound soil nailing, to study the deformation of the slope underdifferent factors and force of the supporting structure. Mainly analyzed thegeotechnical engineering condition, different length of soil nailing, soil nailing angleand different size of anchor chain’s pre-stress on the characteristics of composite soilnailing structure.4.On the basis of above research, combined with the instance analysis and finite element calculation results, it could provide a reference for the comparison andselection of support scheme for the practical engineering.
