The tunnel construction has a great progress with the fast development of China’s highway transportation,In the tunnel construction process,tunnel surrounding rock classification is usually determined before construction through the preliminary investigation or detailed investigations phase,which is a preliminary classification method.Because of the concealment of the rock mass,we’d correct the preliminary classification in the process of construction,and the current specification given tunnel surrounding rock classification parameters of large span,the border of the rock properties is fuzzy.
