As a new type of bridge structure,extradosed cable-stayed bridge has beenused more widely because of the excellences of structure performance andeconomic indicators,along with its construction control and simulation technologyis becoming mature.With the support of the Huaihongxinhe Bridge in Xu-MingHighway which is being built, extradosed cable-stayed bridge cable forceoptimization and construction control was discussed in this paper.First,This paper collected and summarized the history of the development ofinternational and domestic extradosed cable—stayed bridge,and introduced itscharacteristics. And then describe the basic theory and influencing factors ofextradosed cable-stayed bridge geometrical nonlinear analysis. And then introducedsome approximation methods, and finally some geometric nonlinear analysis Midas/Civil software come in dead load condition tower and beam displacement, internalforces, as well as cable force analysis.Second,the analysis and calculation method of structure model of the bridgewas set up by Midas/Civil, presented.A forward-analysis method is introduced,in which the actual construction process is considered,by all conditions of thecable force,the internal force,displacement values,and choose a representative ofthe cable and beam construction research shows that in the process of constructionsome changes in the law for the implementation of Construction Control laid thetheoretical trajectory.This article uses Midas/Civil2010program comes with the unknown loadfactor method module based on the optimization objective function to determine thebest load factor to solve the reasonable cost of the bridge state optimum cabletension sufficient to satisfy the specified constraints of structure, and comparativeanalysis of the main beam before and after optimization with the main tower of theinternal force, stress, displacement and state bridge cable force. Then, by changingthe bottom of the main tower of the length of the cable section to change the hightower, Midas/Civil software simulation, comparative analysis of the main beamand the main tower of the internal forces, stress, displacement and state bridgecable force.Finally, elaborated on the specific implementation process of the construction control, construction control work, the implementation methodology andconstruction control measurement provisions of the implementation details of theoperation of individual measurements and accuracy requirements.
