The paper recalls the developing history of the photovoltaic inverter andmicro-inverter. Then it expounds the control strategy of boost-half bridgemicro-inverter which is based on the voltage mode high-frequency link topology.The effects of the control strategy are verified by simulation on Matlab/Simulinksoftware. Influences on islanding detection performance when micro-inverteroperates in multi-inverter condition are discussed. The chosen criterions forislanding detection in multi-inverter condition are summarized. Then someappropriate islanding detection strategies are synthesized. Parallel operation ofmulti-inverter may cause some resonant troubles as a result of cross couplingamong inverters. The influence of resonance characteristic of multi-inverter whichhas boost-half-bridge topology with the same LCL filter parameters isanalyzed.The coupling degree among inverters is more and more complicated withthe increasing of the amount of inverter. Finally the resonant suppression strategyis discussed.
