With the rapid development of the High-rise building, raft foundation is widelyadopted. Many researchers did plentiful research about it all over the word, especiallyin the interaction between raft foundation-subsoil and superstructure. Some positiveachievement had been used in conducting the engineering design.Based on the theory of interaction between the raft foundation-subsoil andsuperstructure, by choosing appropriate three-dimensional models, finite elementprogram ANSYS was used to calculate and analyze these models. In this model, material nonlinear and the deformation compatibility were considered. The maincontents are as follows:1. Introduce the interaction theory and the finite element model.2. Verification the applicability of ANSYS in analyzing the interaction betweenraft foundation-subsoil and superstructure. It can reflect the mutual influenceprecisely under external load.3. Comparison and discussion between the conventional ways and interactiveways, which reveal the interaction influences and the internal relations on thecondition that displacement compatibility and the equilibrium of force.4. Concentrated on the force in framework, deformation, bending moment andstress in subsoil through changing the stiffness of the beam, raft and subsoil. In theanalysis, every part of the change has three numerical values. So, it can contrast thechange law. And in the end, the results will conduct the design, for instance, the raftfoundation, which may play important roles in tall building, whatever in design andconstruction, the optimized design proposals of it is presented. The thickness of itis less than the central part. And sometimes, the raft can be designed with beam in itto resist the large force under column.
