Ultrasound can produce cavitation in liquid, the cavitation effect produces a smallexplosion to stripping to be cleaning the workpiece surface. ultrasonic cleaning is the use ofthis unique physical phenomenon, realize the rapid and efficient, high quality cleaning.Hundreds of electrolytic manganese industry, only a few enterprises adopt mechanicalcleaning equipment for the cathode plate is cleaned, the rest rely on artificial completed. Eachof the electrolytic workshop every day must be washed more than6000blocks of the cathodeplate, the labor intensity of workers, poor working environment, low working efficiency. Thispaper is dedicated to the research and development of a method for electrolytic manganesecathode cleaning ultrasonic cleaning machine, in order to improve the automation level ofenterprise, reduce the labor intensity of workers, improves the working environment ofworkers, improve the production efficiency of enterprise a little contribution.The ultrasonic frequency and power are important factors of ultrasonic cleaning effect,reasonable to select the ultrasonic frequency and power, the design of ultrasonic cleaningmachine has important significance.This paper from the following aspects to research anddevelopment of electrolytic manganese cathode plate ultrasonic cleaning machine:(1) the cleaning tank model: using UG6.0to the cleaning groove modeling, useWorkbench12.0to the cleaning tank to static analysis. At the same time, the ultrasonicgenerator and a transducer selection in detail.(2) According to the two different structures of the immersion transducer shell harmonicresponse analysis, analysis in different frequency excitation emission surface of its frequencyresponse. Select the most power and frequency of a structure, and manufacturing for theimmersion transducer.(3) Different conditions of ultrasonic cleaning field effects: the establishment of finiteelement model, using ANSYS software for ultrasonic cleaning process of harmonic responseanalysis, analysis the pressure distribution of ultrasonic cleaning field in different input powerand frequency conditions.(4) Using a hydrophone and oscilloscope, measurement the voltage value of ultrasoniccleaning field, and converts the calculated pressure value, through experiments to verify theaccuracy of theoretical analysis, production of electrolytic manganese cathode plate ultrasoniccleaning machine, put into production.
