This paper is based on the patent“the test equipment of sediment incipience underseepage force”obtained in recent years and the achievements“research of sedimentincipience under point source seepage force”. Series of model tests by the percolationmechanics, quantitative study of buried pipe pressurized seepage force on the variation ofsediment weightlessness, effective stress decline and incipient velocity. The uses of artificialline source penetrate vertical liquefaction technology to reduce the sediment incipientvelocity to provide new ideas for wandering river management. The paper through the analysis of the mechanism of sand liquefaction method, usingthe physical model tests to study the incipient velocity of artificial pressurized liquefiedsand. The Projection Pursuit Regression (PPR) analyzed the reasonableness of the results, the test showed that: under the seepage force, the principle of the sediment incipient flowrate decline that seepage produce sediment particles part of weightlessness, resulting in anequivalent density decreases, eventually incipient velocity decline; qualitative model test ofline source liquefied change River again confirmed that the buried pipe pressurizedliquefied the destruction fracture morphology were wedge and water erosion obey theprinciple of least resistance tends, fully explain the scientific principles of river selectiveerosion.Application of the technology to narrow and deep river channel, reservoir area, estuaryand harbor, dredging of the lake, will be benefit to the decline in river main channel, toblocking the silting and prevent channel wander. This principle can also be used to ensureregular cleaning of the reservoir dredging and silting basin reservoirs and settling basinnormal working conditions, achieve efficient water saving dredging purpose.
