Nowadays, the auto industry has become a national pillar industry, and the automobile roadway test system is a more effective way to make accurate research and evaluation on the parts and overall performance of the cars. With the increasing demand for cars, millions of accidents happen, the requirement of the whole car system matching and dynamic characteristic improves. Consider to these problems above, the automobile roadway data acquisition system has been a key research of the laboratory in which the car wheel force measurement is the core technology. In order to perfect the test system, reducing the cost, and improve the accuracy, this subject develops a data collected and analyzed software based on the wheel force sensor data acquisition system. The software combines the computer and the automobile roadway test system effectively, achieves the automation of the information.This subject, based on the Windows Operation System, designs and develops wheel force sensor data collected and analyzed software. The hardware parts adopt the wheel force measuring instruments, the data acquisition machines, and the handled devices as the hardware platform. At the same time, the software part is developed under the Visual C++/MFC, and has applied in the data collected and analyzed system, testing the performance in real-time and ability. The main works of this paper are:1. Puting forward a universal solution of data collection and analysis software after making a detailed study of the automobile wheel force data collection and analysis system.2. Using the Visual C++/MFC as the development platform, the paper establishes friendly graphic interface, realizes the intelligence in the system and make the control procedure more convenience.3. Adapt the reasonable and efficient serial port communication protocol to establish computer and data acquisition machine information exchange regulation to make the data transform realization.4. Make full use of the Kalman-Particle Filtering to realize the data analysis to make the testing data more real and more practical.5. After accomplishing the automobile wheel force sensor data acquisition developed, the paper finish the debug and test the software. And the result shows that this software design is reasonable and convenient for use.This paper designs a general using software, the designing procedure and percept, and is significant in this area, based on the wheel force data collected and analyzed system. And this paper also illustrates the realization about the Mixture Filtering algorithm, and provide the foundation for perfecting and updating this software.
