The spatial pattern of rural residential optimizing is an important part of land useplanning, whether the spatial layout is optimizing, in relation to the China’sagricultural, rural and farmers, its problem solving and method are correct ornot,therefore, it is researching reasonable layout of the rural residential space, whichwill improve the rural’s production and living environment, promote the integration ofurban and rural, and construction of a new socialist countryside. In this paper, It makefull use of domestic and foreign scholars on the optimization of the spatial distributionof rural settlements solution ideas, methods and experiences, it is analyzing a presentsituation of rural residential area distribution characteristics, summarizing the currentsituation of the overall layout of the problem,and according to the particularity of thespatial pattern of rural residential, it will introduce a new method of research model,--swarm intelligence optimization algorithm, excavating the coupling relationshipbetween the algorithm model and optimizing the spatial pattern of rural residential, onthe basis of the research work. The main research contents are as follows:First. On the one hand, the article that is starting from the study the spatialpattern of rural residential of the basic theory, reviews the spatial pattern of ruralresidential model, the influence of the driving force factor mechanism,etc. On theother hand, it is starting from a group of intelligent optimization algorithm and cloudmembership degree theory, analyzing the principle, method, in order to provide awealth of theoretical basis the research in this paper.Second. For the spatial pattern of rural residential is a complicated process ofcomprehensive evaluation, its constraints of optimization problems with uncertainties,conditions, rules, so the paper is using the relocation distance, aggregation degreetarget, land suitability goals in the whole of the spatial pattern of rural residentialevaluation,on the basis of analysis of its model and define its multi-objective fitnessfunction.Third.It is using the cloud of uncertainty reasoning and digital characteristics totransitions from qualitative and quantitative description language of the ruralresidential unit " to urban distance","to the village center distance","to the roaddistance","terrain slope" four evaluation factors, in combination with the determination of the expert knowledge expectations the Ex, entropy En, super entropyHe, producing a cloud membership degree value, it is use for Judging evaluation unitin "town gather","ZhongXinCun gather","traffic trunk lines gather" and "themountain together" below four gathered the direction of the membership degree, themaximum membership degree value will guidance particles modified its speeddirection, on the basis of using the PSO algorithm to update the particle’s position andspeed, search the optimal location in space.Fourth. It is Selecting of fuchuan yao autonomous county three villages andtowns of fuyang, MaiLing and xinhua township as the study area, and using GIStechnology, to extract the slope, measure four value of evaluation factor, and calculatethe entire study area of land suitability value,for using as the underlying data. Such asconstructing vector spatial database, in order to validate the above algorithmrobustness, feasibility and scientific nature, and to analyze before and after theoptimization of layout changes of the rural residential areas based on CPSOalgorithm.The full text, which is based on the rural residential space layout features,dedicated to the study of particle swarm optimization algorithm and membershipcloud model, builded a cloud based membership degree of fuzzy probability reasoningmechanism of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm (C-PSO), and usedto solve the spatial pattern of rural residential optimization, seeking the optimal layoutof the space. In this paper, it will use the ArcGIS software platform of VBAdevelopment technology which has realized the algorithm of the model, and generatethe reasonable spatial layout scheme that are using the town of fuyang, MaiLing andxinhua township as the study area, through the analysis of before and afteroptimization,the optimized results to achieve the desired effect.
