High-Power LED as a green, environmentally friendly, energy-saving light source has a broad application prospects, the country through a series of project vigorously promote the development of LED manufacturing equipment industry. Packaging production costs accounted for more than half of the cost of LED products, LED into the field of general lighting a major constraint. Phosphor coating and lens molding two processes is to break through the difficulties of the current High-Power LED production, lamination molding lens molding process, highest productivity, lowest cost, laminated molding plastic injection process, however, on trajectory and speed accuracy requirements are the main factors restricting the lamination molding method widely used.In this paper, for Molding Machine glue head track control particularity demand, in line with the development process on the basis of the model design, innovative use of the two DSP parallel processing trajectory tracking control hardware and software implementation; The program has the development of high efficiency, the algorithm re-with good, clear hierarchical software, iterative development validation costs low.My research work mainly focused on three aspects as follows:1. A trajectory tracking control of two-level DSP architecture design of rapid prototyping system:Top DSP interpolation module, mainly complete the curve path generation with the implementation of business process logic; Secondary DSP following modules, the main complete Molding machine servo system model identification with single shaft position tracking controller implementation.2. Through parametric curve interpolation method,using cubic B-spline curve fitting note glue feature point tracking trajectory fitting. This paper designs a model based on S-deceleration-curves of the optimal velocity planning algorithm,in order to gain secondary DSP modules can realize Position-Speed-Time control sequence. PVT fine interpolation control algorithm was designed and implemented, through secondary following module to control servo system, in order to finish Molding machine spray adhesive head tracking position and velocity tracking.3. By the method of model based design, the Molding machine servo system PDFF position loop controller is designed. Trajectory tracking contour error model is established, through the Cross-Coupling control method, the indices such as axial load, velocity and acceleration of inconsistent cases, realize Molding machine spray adhesive head trajectory tracking precision is further improved.
