The highly proposed of permanent magnet materials of permanent magnet synchronousmotor and various control methods, making speed control system of permanent magnetsynchronous motor has been a great development. Controling the permanent magnetsynchronous motor runing in wide range of speed is so much important in all areas of control.Luckly, The Flux-Weakening control of permanent magnet synchronous motor allows themotor to operate above base speed, to broaden the scope of the motor speed control.This paper introduces the theory of Flux-weakening control of permanent magnetsynchronous motor and in-depth study of a weakening control based on the DC voltagefeedback.At last desgining control platform and the flow diagram of programs are given. Thedetailed of the paper are given as follow:The mathematical model of PMSM established in three kinds of reference frame. Andthe d-q rotor reference frame is the most important model of PMSM.then, this paper made adetailed exposition of the different range of work in the field, including constant turnmomentcontrol and weakening control.At last, various control algorithms and the current vectortrajectory in the current plane have been given in the literature, however, every controlalgorithms have their own advantages and disadvantages.The design of flux-weakening control of permanent magnet synchronous motor based onvoltage feedback is given in chapter three, containing the block diagram of the PI regulator,the current decoupling control, voltage feedback strategy of flux-weakening control, spacevector pulse width modulation technology (SVPWM).The system simulation of flux-weakening control of permanent magnet synchronousmotor based on voltage feedback has been carried using the Matlab/simulink; the simulationresults verify the correctness of the control method and module structures.Finally, using TI’s TMS320F2812chip and Fuji Intelligent Power Module6MBP20RH060set up the weakening control of permanent magnet synchronous motorexperiment debug platform and give out the flow chart in the software programIn conclusion,this paper analysis the Permanent magnet synchronous motors weakeningcontrol strategy and made a detailed introduction in building the hardware platform structuresto lay a foundation for the people, who need to design of the weakening control of permanentmagnet synchronous motor.
