New industries are developing rapidly, so higher speed and precision is required.Because the manual detection is high-cost, low precision and speed, a new detectionmethod is needed, and automated optical inspection has become a necessary technicalmeans.The design and implementation of the optical component and software inoptoelectronic microscopic measurement system is presented in this dissertation andthe main contents are as follows:(1) The system structure and workflow of the optoelectronic microscopicmeasurement system is described;(2) The way to select imaging mode and the imaging device is described. Basedon the way, the optical system for measuring workpiece is implemented inoptoelectronic microscopic measurement system;(3) The design and implementation of the system software is emphaticallyintroduced, firstly, the software requirements of the optoelectronic microscopicmeasurement system is analyzed; secondly, the framework of the system software isdesigned; thirdly, the system is divided into seven functional modules: main controlmodule, image acquisition, image display, measurement logic, image processing layer,the resulting output, user management; lastly, every module is designed andimplemented by the order.(4) Key image processing algorithms in the system is described, especially, theway to identify the geometry from image. Hough transform circle detection algorithmis optimized through least squares analysis and characteristics of the system.The feature of this dissertation is using machine vision in microscopicmeasurement system. Based on a unified video source interface, multi-threadingtechnology, reflective technology, COM component technology, hardware encryptiontechnology and software modular design, a real time, high-precision, multi-videosource, and strong expansion photoelectric microscopic measurement system has beenachieved successfully. It is the first report in China. The optoelectronic microscopic measurement system has been designed andimplemented in this dissertation and showed well.
