With the continuous development of measurement techniques, precision forcemeasurement requirements of wind tunnel balance are also getting higher and higher,the wind tunnel balance calibration equipment is necessary equipment in theaerodynamic force test. Reset system is an important part of wind tunnel balancecalibration system, the reset precision directly affects the final measuring accuracy ofpneumatic balance. Therefore, in order to improve the accuracy of wind tunnel balancecalibration equipment, this thesis focused on the reset system research associated with a6-UPS Stewart platform as a wind tunnel balance algorithm verification regulationdevice. The main research contents are as follows:Based on robot mathematics, the kinematic model is established between theworkspace of the loading center and the structure parameters of reset platform. Themethod of forward kinematics and inverse kinematics is obtained from the model.Because the deformation of the wind tunnel balance cannot be determined in the loadingprocess,"simple calculation and several adjustments" reduction strategy is proposed tosolve this problem. We analyzed a reset adjustment algorithm carefully to provide abasis reset theory for the six DOF balance algorithm verification regulation device.Different trajectories produce different deformations of the wind tunnel balanceduring reset, which directly affects the accuracy of the final reduction. Therefore, in thejoint coordinate space, we research respectively on integration and optimization of threepolynomial interpolation and five polynomial interpolation method. Finally, the3-5-3interpolation method is optimally selected for this subject.According to the6-UPS Stewart reset platform chosen for the topic, by using"simple calculation and several adjustments" reduction strategy and selecting trajectoryplanning in the joint coordinate space, the numerical simulation is carried out to testreset accuracy for three polynomial interpolation method, five polynomial interpolationmethod and3-5-3interpolation method through the motion simulation of ADAMS.Finally we can find that the "simplified calculation and several adjustments"reduction strategy for reset control is feasible and selecting appropriate trajectory planning can bring a certain extent to reset accuracy.
