Scholars pay attention on PMSM flux weakening performance studies. In this paper, built-in permanent magnet motor saturation model, running track, performance, calculation and analysis methods were studied, defined the motor electromagnetic parameters and design parameters on the magnetic properties of the motor tune conducted width modulation magnetic PMSM the optimal design, gives the compression factor using current motor vector control weakening control program for the permanent magnet motor constant power over a wide range of flux weakening efficient design and control methods.Firstly, the linear model for the motor can not accurately calculate and analyze motor performance problems, consider the derived mathematical model of magnetic saturation of the motor. In the saturated model, based on the performance of PMSM conducted a comprehensive analysis, given the trajectory of the motor and the motor is running a variety of operating characteristics and methods of calculation, the PMSM maximum torque/current operation, as well as weakening the power factor and torque density characteristics were analyzed, a clear width modulation magnetic inductance parameters of the motor and permanent magnet flux linkage requirements.This paper uses the ANSYS APDL and UIDL design language perfected the previous program, designed a new algorithm to further simplify the analysis and electromagnetic processes. Elaborated based on tooth flux method flux motor inductance parameters and performance calculation method; made electromagnetic fields when calculating the motor performance direct calculation method and parameters calculation method, for the corresponding program design and computational analysis of existing prototype.In this paper width modulation magnetic PMSM optimal design methods and principles, analyzes the gap length, the size of the permanent magnets, magnetic isolation tank size and the number of such weak magnetic motor with greater impact parameters. And on this basis a width modulation magnetic PMSM optimal design. Calculation and analysis results show:IPMSM via the motor design parameters with a reasonable, fully able to meet the wide speed permanent magnet motor performance requirements. Finally, the article on the PMSM vector control system were introduced, analyzed segment motor speed control in various ways, focusing on analysis weakening control motor speed to broaden the scope of the role, made using current compression factor weakening control program in Matlab/Simulink platform to build a permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system simulation model, and simulation results are analyzed, the results show that the system control and dynamic response performance is good, you can make a wide range of weak magnetic speed.
