| With the continuously improvement of the social requirements of measurement, industrial productions, power schedulings, manufacturing pipelines and other industries dependent on the power measurement devices increasingly. The measurement data, which is provided by the power measuring devices, is the important basis of the control and decision-making during the process of the production. Hence, completeness, accuracy and high-speed of the metering data are the important indicator to measure performance of the power measuring devices. However, the current universal power measuring devices have many deficiencies:(1) Single function. AC and DC signal can not be measured in one device.(2)Low precision. The deviation is less than0.05%.(3) Slow speed. The higher the accuracy is, the slower the speed of response is.(4)Narrow measurement range. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a device of electric power measuring which is versatile, wide range, high-precision and high-speed, in order to meet the needs of society.The article starts from the general technical requirements of the instrument measuring and researches the electrical signals measured in all aspects. It uses C8051F MCU as the core, and designs a high-power AC-DC multi-function standard table. The design concepts of substantial value of the AC and DC signals which is high-precision and high-speed measurement are presented in the thesis. At the same time, considering the universality of energy metering universality in the power sector, the table can also be used for the calibration of the energy meter. The following are the main features:(1) Integrated AC and DC signal measurement.(2)Wide measuring range. AC signal is up to1000V and100A. DC signal is up to1000V and30A.(3) High precision. The deviation does not exceed0.03%.(4) Fast. Response time is less than1second. (5)Good accuracy. Realizing automatically switching range in DC&AC state.(6)Low-error. Using software calibration to compensate for the error caused by the hardware components.(7)Can testing and checkout power meter. |
