| Long time after technology prestressed concrete pipe pile is developedã€improved and reliable, applicability has been widely recognized, but there are some quality issues in some field application. And toothed pile with sand liner is a new kind of prestressed concrete pipe pile, Its characteristic is the circular tooth in the outer wall of pipe pile.Sand liner is taked to underground in the construction process, pile and sand liner is as a unique whole, toothed pile with sand liner can achieve the indexes which no prestressed concrete pipe achieved. As the pile sand with liner tooth is used gradually, it is an urgent need to research more in.depth analysis on its stress mechanism. Sand lining tooth pile are introduced with the loading condition and the influence factors of the spread of the bearing capacity, about:the squeeze effect, soil plugging effect, time effect, sand effect. Through the effect phenomenon, analysis the reasons of the existence of these effects. On the basis of understanding the structure characteristics of the sand lining tooth pileã€construction technology, compare the advantages and weaknesses with the smooth pile. The structural characteristics of tooth shape pile understand as the starting point, the process of the tooth carrying effect are analyzed by the advantage of powerful calculation function in FLAC3D. analyses the effect of the more and less teeth by MIDAS/GTS software, at the same time to generate the whole pile in stress effect picture. Experimental data can be divided into two parts, one part is load test data of a single soil layer, the other part is more soil layer load test data.Summarizes the experimental results of load bearing capacity of tooth pile by analysis of large data. Summarizes the contact of the tooth size〠the tooth distanceã€the more and less and the bearing capacity of the whole pile. In numerical analysis phase, compare the analysis method load data of smooth pile with the data of smooth pile by changing the length of pile. obtain the relationship of pile lengths pile shape%subsidence by hierarchical load, sums up their relationship with the bearing capacity of single pile, by change a quantity.finally, the bearing capacity analysis of sand lining tooth pile are summarized. Through some knowledge of mechanics, the vertical bearing capacity formula of a single pile is derived. Conclusions are as follows:(1) in the load process, the tooth effect is obvious as closer to pile top.(2) with the same number teeth, the appropriate pitch pile make the highest bearing capacity(3) as the same length pile, the intensive tooth pile has the highest bearing capacity.(4) in the process of piling, a tooth surface is separated with the upper soil, and a stress concentration effect appear under it. (5) through analysis of settlement data(characteristic value and limit value of the bearing capacity), a tooth pile has the more safety margin between the two values. |
