In today’s international society, the equipments’technical state of the industrial enterprise play a decisive role in the sides of labour productivity, production quality, cost of production, safety, environmental and so on. Railway industry is even more so. Abrasion, aging,deformation, damaging and corrosion always go with the railway line in railway line working. In order to ensure traffic safety, regular maintenance is necessary to make the line in normal and reliable working condition. Owing to the busy high-speed heavy duty and high capacity of the main railway line transportation, the ballast cleaning machine is indispensable and attaches great importance to the development. The widely used by large track maintenance machinery is not only improve the railway maintenance efficiency and quality,but also significantly reduce the construction work accidents. Furthermore, the contradiction between the construction and operation is alleviated by large track maintenance machinery. Especially in the fourth times of the speedup of the railway, large track maintenance machinery occupied an indispensable position. At the same time, it also become the necessary modern equipment in guarantee of the line quality, high speed, heavy load and high density railway transportation.Generally,the traditional vehicle dynamics analysis considers the parts of vehicle system as rigid body, or analysis separately vehicle system dynamics and the stress of the parts. In order to fit the requirements of high speed railway vehicle system, it is necessary to do further research on component deformation of vehicle system dynamics. This thesis mainly evaluate whether the foundation brake gear of the screen scarifier is safe in the braking phase. Basing on the finite-element analysis method and multi-body dynamics theory, I build rigid-flexible coupling vehicle system dynamics model in which we consideri the brake beam into flexible body by using the corresponding software ADAMS and ANSYS. For evaluating whether the foundation brake gear of the screen scarifier is safe in the braking phase, this thesis is organized as follows:at first, the results of theoretical calculation of the screen scarifier in braking phase make the later analytical results closer to the real. Second, by using the software ADAMS and ANSYS to model, I can realize rigid-flexible coupling dynamics analysis of the bogie in braking phase. After that,extracting simulation data and comparing the simulation data and the experimental data of braking time and braking distance of the vehicle system. And then,evaluating whether the brake system components of bogie is safe and analysising the reason of the local fracture of the brake beam in braking phase. The results show that dynamics simulation in this project and engineering practice has a good consistency after inserting theory calculation data and experimental data. Analysing the stress and strain of the brake beam of bogie in the state of ballastless track and ballasted track. And then, contrasting with the allowable stress which is from ’mechanical design manual’. It is confirmed that the brake beam of bogie is safe under normal working state. And if the local fracture phenomenon happens, the reason maybe comes from welding technology, assembly technology, local crack and so on.
