Track circuit is one of the important equipment for railway modernization and guaranteethe safety of train,in an important position in the system of railway signal. Full electronichigh-voltage impulse track circuit is used for basic device for detecting track free ornot.High-voltage pulse electronic high-voltage impulse track circuit has the characteristics ofinstantaneous voltage,current,can breakdown rail surface rust and oxide impurities. So,thewhole electronic high-voltage impulse track circuit is mainly used in the environment ofrelatively poor areas,such as along the ocean for seafood railway,factory transport oil lineand the northwest sandstorm larger lots. But in the running of the train,all electronichigh-voltage impulse track circuit or exposed some defects,the main problem is that theanti-interference ability is weak,the return of the receiving end of high pressure coefficient islow and the code end no-load formation will cause pressure,heat is not enough and thecomponent due to damage.The hidden trouble in security of the above two aspects,based on the previous research,focus on the design of the whole electron pressure AVR singlechip technology based on pulsetrack circuit receiver,and the code sending circuit was improved,the equipment has beengreatly improved in the aspects of security and reliability.The paper carried on the detailed introduction to the structure and principle of trackcircuit of high-voltage pulse;for the receiver,AVR microcontroller,A/D conversion structureare discussed in detail;processing the pulse signal by using AVR single-chip technology;theprocessing speed is fast,can ensure the system real-time and stability. The receiver adoptstwo sets of microprocessor design,when a CPU fails to work properly,the system willimmediately transfer to another CPU state,and the safety logic operation,improve thereliability of the system,the design also give full consideration to the protection of the codesending circuit. This paper presents the design principle and circuit of AC and DC powersupply,serial interface,reset circuit, JTAG module;in the completion of the foundation onthe design of hardware circuit,finally the paper summarized the system debugging.Technology of AVR MCU in this paper conforms to the development trend of trackcircuit, look bad,solve the shunt effectively improve receiver anti-jamming ability,and toprotect the code sending circuit,prolong the service life of the components,reducing thefailure rate of the code sending circuit. Because of the chip,so the receiver with low cost,small volume,low energy consumption, convenient installation and maintenance,has good application prospect.
