In recent years, the central government requirements of energy saving and emissionreduction work, including building energy efficiency is especially important. Air conditioningenergy consumption in the building energy consumption is in large proportion. Vigorouslypromote energy conservation, the Chinese air conditioning industry, while constantly lookingfor alternative sources of energy, but also pay more attention to research and development ofenergy-efficient new way. Domestic scholars to evaporative cooling air conditioningtechnology as a natural cold source to study alternative source of novel methods of artificialcold, and its really is an environmentally friendly, efficient and economical cooling.In2010, be determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Statistics batch of79pilot cities of the building energy consumption in Lanzhou City, Lanzhou municipalgovernment, and the people are deeply long way to go. Lanzhou landlocked has a temperatecontinental climate. The big difference is in temperature, precipitation, dry climate, sanddusty and poor water quality. Combined Lanzhou climate characteristics, and literature usedevaporative cooling unit performance analysis and comparison of tubular indirect-directevaporative cooling air conditioning units combined can not only play their own advantages,but also has strong applicability for poor outdoor conditions.This paper presented the study status of the tube type indirect evaporative cooler at homeand abroad and introduces the tubular indirect evaporative cooler performance. Put forwardtubular indirect evaporative cooler performance test research purpose, methods andsignificance in the field and the existing problems.Based on the actual operation effect of the tube type indirect evaporative cooler inLanzhou region climate,put forward the design and construction this experiment table. Inorder to test the evaporative cooler the best ratio of the secondary and primary air volumes,the water spray volume, air temperature and humidity and pressure drop, it is necessary todesign and construct relevant experimental test system for experimental study.This paper focused on the test and analysis of running conditions for the whole unit andthe functional segments at all levels, backed by the tubular indirect-direct combinedevaporative cooling air conditioning units experiment table. By setting up reasonable unitsexperiment table initial state parameter, test the practical application effect of the whole unitand functional segments at all levels respectively in Lanzhou regional climate conditions. Andobtain the specific applicability of the whole unit and functional segments at all levels, on thepremise that the air treatment effect is quite satisfactory and further prove that application and dissemination of the tubular indirect evaporative cooler has a promising outlook in the air-richnorthwest district.This paper focused on the analysis and calculation research of heat and mass transferprocess supported by the tubular indirect evaporative cooler experiment table. Set upreasonable experiment table initial state parameter, and test the actual operation effect of thetubular indirect evaporative cooler in Lanzhou region climate. After obtaining idealexperimental data, select the heat and mass transfer correlations with small error through theliterature, and then calculate main technical parameters in the heat exchange process. It willprovide reliable theoretical design guidelines for producing tubular indirect evaporative coolerof highly practical value in the future in Lanzhou region climate conditions.Detailed application ANSYS14.0for indirect evaporative cooler numerical simulation,with emphasis on research interpolated spiral oval tube indirect evaporative air cooler oncenumerical modeling process, the temperature contours and temperature distribution curve pathdiagram as well as analysis of the simulation results and analysis and comparison with theexperimental results. And no interpolation spiral oval tube indirect evaporative cooler with anair temperature contours are interpolated spiral oval tube indirect evaporative cooler airtemperature contours for a comparative analysis.
