Solar energy is the most abundant resources of renewable energy. At the same time, the use of Matlab simulation analysis on the maximum power point tracking control circuit. This article provides methods and means for the realization of high reliability and high conversion efficiency, may play a crucial role in the implementation of photovoltaic systems, reducing system cost.Mainly from the following sections focus on:First,the main circuit device selection basis, and given the focus on the protection of the power device IGBT.
