Secondly introduce the overall design scheme of themotion controller in the design and development progress, then respectively introducedthe motion controller’s implementation method of hardware and software, Finally unifiesthe development trend of the movement controller, get a development prospect for themovement controller.The core of this motion controller is the dedicated motion control chip MCX314that produced by the NOVA company in Japan, This chips communicate with the hostcomputer through the PCI bus, Using exist PCI interface chip PCI9052switch the PCIbus to ISA bus when developing the PCI bus, and then, develop the driver for thehardware board, complete the system control software and design a friendly, practicalman-machine interface.Along with the motion control development, this kind of General controller withhigh precision and speed will certainly have the widespread market prospect in the actualapplication, Not only this motion controller can act as the platform for the confirmationcontrol strategy, but also can use for the final control solution applied in the actualproject...
