The ultimate arm of3-d temperature field reconstruction is to realize the visualization ofmeasured temperature field,and then examine and control temperature.With the advantages ofwide measuring range,non-contacting measurement and large measurement space,acoustictemperature field measurement technology provides an effective means for furnacetemperature test.In this paper,the present situation of acoustic temperature field measurement at home andabroad is summarized and analyzed.Research was done for measuring time-of-flight of thesound waves in the boiler which have major effect on the temperature-measurementprecision.After contrast and analysis,and a high signal to noise ratio measurement isobtained.This article focuses on temperature field reconstruction algorithm.Based on theanalysis of previous algorithm,a new temperature field reconstruction algorithm isproposed.The algorithm first uses three-dimension discrete cosine transform on temperaturefield and establishes a mapping relation between low order term coefficient vector and soundwave path average temperature vector then implements the mapping relation using RadicalBasis Function (RBF) Neural Network that has strong function fitting ability.At last,three-dimensional temperature field was reconstructed by using Inverse three-dimensiondiscrete cosine transform.Compared with the previous two dimension temperature fieldreconstruction algorithms,in the case of the same number of sound wave transmitting andreceiving devices,the new algorithm can get more time-of-flight of the sound waves data.Forthis reason,the new algorithm can lower the cost and minimize the impact on furnace safety.A large number of simulations are provided for the new algorithms described in thearticle.3-D temperature fields about Single-Peak symmetry temperature field,the Single-Peakasymmetry temperature field and the Double-Peak temperature field were reconstructed byusing the new algorithm.Simulation results show that the new algorithm has high speed andaccuracy,strong disturbance resistant.At last,the paper also analyses in detail main factorswhich influence the precision of temperature field reconstruction and come up with themethods of improving the precision of temperature measurement.
