Along with the increasing application of microcomputer technology and sensor detection technology in hydraulic field, the digitization of fluid control components has become an inevitable trend. Compared to the traditional hydraulic control, the digital hydraulic control not only has the advantages of low cost, high reliability, superior performance, but also is easy to be programmed.this paper designed a new type of electrically operated valve which is applied to flow control occasions based on directly digital hydraulic control system theory. The valve can automatically adjust the outlet flow to artificial settings, so that the two values will be equal. The structure of the valve adopts design principle of mechatronics, it is structured by flow adjusted machinery which is combined with electric actuator device. The aperture throttle window can adjust the flow and it is structured by the valve core and valve core. The electric actuator device is DC motor and it connects to the valve core. Digital control is used as the work mode of electric valve and C8051F000MCU is as the core of digital control. MCU sends a control signal to control DC motor to drive axial linear motion of the valve core, thus changing the size of the orifice opening to achieve the purpose of regulating flow. The inside of valve is embedded within the impeller flow testing organizations. It measured the actual valve outlet flow and the signal is fed back to the MCU. The entire system is closed loop control system.Then the analysis of software implementation of control system is done. DC motor control method and its PWM control software implementation process of motor is given. According to the relationship between the flow regulation and DC motor control, flow control proportional control algorithm is presented. The algorithm is based on the difference between the given flow value and outlet flow of valve, duty cycle of PWM as action object. By means of different flow differences to control the direction and revolution of DC motor to adjust the flow, this algorithm can achieve the effect of intelligent flow control.the parameters of impeller flow testing mechanism have been measured by experiments. The relationship between the volume and frequency is given. The outlet flow of valve at different frequencies can be obtained according to this relationship in order to realize the precise measurement of outlet flow value and flow control.
