In this paper, a high-performance concrete are acquired by the way of mixing intofiber and styrene-butadiene latex together. Many types of performances andmechanisms are studied in the condition that different fibers are mixed into concrete orfiber and styrene-butadiene latex are mixed into together. The performanceincludes:workability of fresh recycle concrete, mechanical properties, fracturemechanics in three-point-blending test, Using ultrasound to measure the elastic modulusof concrete, dry shrinkage property, fracture mechanics, impact toughness, wearresistance.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The slump, cohesiveness, water retention of four types of fresh steel fiber reinforcepolymer concrete(SFRPC)were test.The results show that styrene-butadiene latex cangreatly improve the shortcomings of poor liquidity brought about by the steel fiberconcrete.2. Studies have shown that SFRPC has good bending performance and flexibility3.Incorporation of fibers and polymer increased the peak load of theconcrete,deformation,fracture energy absorption and fracture toughness. Addingpolymers and steel alone have a certain effect on fracture properties of concrete. Addingpolymers and steel together have a significant effect on fracture properties of concrete.4. Adding polymers and steel together improved the impact toughness, wearresistance of concrete.5. Polymer improved the resistance to sulfate attack of concrete.But polymer dosageshould not be too much. Polymers and steel dry significantly reduced the dry shrinkageproperty of concrete.6. Steel fiber and polymer concrete have refinement with the voids of concrete.Adding polymer significantly reduced opening porosity of concrete.7.Through the application in engineering practice,the construction technique andworking flow for bridge deck pavement are summarized.
