Concrete material is one of the largest amounts of artificial materials in structuralengineering today, but concrete structures prone to shrinkage, cracking and otherdiseases. How to reduce cracking and repair cracks in the engineering sector has been abig problem which should to be solved, this article uses bionic crack self-healingtechnology to solve the problem of cracks in concrete.With the help of a large literature and experimental study, the author chose epoxyE-51as self-healing concrete adhesive,830curing agent as curing ingredients, andprepared two core material substance microcapsules. The author used epoxy E-51or830curing agent as a capsule core material, urea and formaldehyde preparedurea-formaldehyde resin as the wall of the microcapsules, urea-formaldehyde resinwhich is prepared by urea and formaldehyde as the wall of the microcapsules. And theauthor has known that the reasonable blending ratio of urea, formaldehyde and epoxy toprepare adhesive microcapsules is1:2:1.4, the reasonable doping ratio of urea,formaldehyde830curing agent to prepare hardener microcapsules. The researcher hasobserved the microcapsule particles of regular shape by electron microscope scanner.Stirring speed, the amount of water and the pH of the mixture have a greaterimpact on the dispersing character of synthetic microcapsules. On the preparation of thetest of the microcapsules, stirring speed300r/min, plus the amount of water80to100g,the pH value of about4.5to get better dispersion of microcapsules.The author added the microcapsules according to a certain proportion to the cementmortar, and prepared two-component repair mortar which has a self-repairing cracksperformance. And the author prepared one-component repair mortar by directly addingadhesive micro-capsules and830curing agent to the mortar which has betterperformance than two-component repair mortar. When the microcapsules dosage ofone-component self-healing concrete is within cement quality’s8%, with an increase inbest content, better self-healing concrete repairing performance can be seen in theself-healing concrete fracture surface of white polymer adhesive repair cracks.
