| As far back as the1910s, RC arch bridge over100meters long has been built. After a century of continual development and improvement, much explorations as well as great achievements have been made about the design and construction technology. Long-span arch bridges spring up, and count for a lot in the infrastructure construction. While China teems with arch bridges.Cast-in-place is one of the main construction methods of RC arch bridge. It has been all the rage in the early time. But in the mountainous and hilly regions, such as Sichuan and Guizhou, it is not so convenient to act in the stentless way due to limited conditions that cast-in-place method has come into play again.This paper made an approach to the following matter:1. Introduced the most popular arch centering types and briefly analyzed their advantages and disadvantages;2. Analyzed the deformation rule of the centering during casting period;3. Using influence line loading method and based on APDL, compiled dedicated program and tested through an example;4. Calculated the segment length of Heyang Bridge with the program;5. Simulated the casting progress with ANSYS, and discussed the difference between the theoretical calculation and actual measurement.This essay integrated theory with practice, paid equal attention to theoretical derivation and FEM simulation, and facts proved the conclusion can be take in to practice. The optimization idea this paper reflected can be generalized to the analysis of parallel construction progress which contains sub-procedure known as segmented concrete pouring like SRC arch bridge concrete casting and has a vital methodological significance. |
