With the fast development of transportation industry in our country in recentyears, a large number of high speed railway construction is constructed all over thecountry, a large number of mountain tunnel engineering came into being. Due tothe construction of long tunnel engineering, more and more water and sand inrushdisasters happened all over the country.These make the study of water and sandinrush disaster and its prevention method in tunnel engineering very urgency.On the basis of a large number of engineering examples at home and abroad,the mechanism of water and sand inrush disaster in tunnel engineering were studied.In this paper, the Zhong Liangshan tunnel of Chongqing metro line6in the secondphase was taken as backing. The plate theory and shear failure theory are used as thebasic theory in this paper. The whole section curtain grouting and radial groutingreinforcement synthesis methods are proposed to deal with the water and sandinrush disaster in the long mountain tunnel engineering in this paper. The finiteelement software ANSYS is used to analog the various working condition thattunnel traversing the weak layer with high water pressure. Comparative analysis thetunnel displacement and stress distribution under corresponding working condition.Main research content of this paper is as follows1The water and sand inrush disaster usually happens at the interface ofwater-resisting layer and soluble rock, in the soluble rock.2After comprehensive analysis of multiple water and sand inrush disaster, thispaper proposes that most water and sand inrush disaster can be analysis by plate theoryand shear failure theory.3Radial grouting and the step excavation are the most important methods to assurethe safety of the tunnel when it goes into high pressure water region.4Taking step excavation and setting aside enough rock to prevent the high pressure are veryimportant when the tunnel traversing vertically through the high water pressure weak layer.
