With the constant deepening of the economic construction, it put forward higher requirements on the traffic conditions, all kinds of marine structures has been developed rapidly, especially the sea-crossing bridge construction,to endure the sea wave, current, tide, wind, earthquake and other uncertain factors at any time, these factors directly are related to the safe use of marine structures. The interaction between piers and water is a typical problem of fluid-solid coupling vibration, and the interaction between wave load and piers is also a complicated problem, these different types of offshore structures are often subjected to larger wave impact, so it is very necessary and pressing to study the dynamic response analysis of wave and pier considering fluid-structure interaction,and it has the important practical application value.Based on the domestic and foreign research situations, access to a large number of professional theorys, study the dynamic response analysis of wave and pier considering fluid-structure interaction. Accordingly, the ANSYS12.0finite element software is used for this paper,with the classical wave theory and the domestic and foreign research achievements, through the ANSYS12.0-CFX unique CEL language environment to write programs to simulate numerical wave, in the following some aspects of research work are studied:1. In order to investigate the interaction between the wave and piers, first of all three-dimensional numerical wave model should be established, this paper the three-dimensional simulation of wave model is adopted boundary wave method which is based on VOF algorithm, it is given the wave velocity, wave height and other wave parameters on the incident boundary in the numerical wave tank, and it is successful to make a three-dimensional numerical wave tank, which provide conditions for the wave and structures.2. It is studied the dynamic response analysis of wave and pier considering fluid-structure interaction, according to the ANSYS12.0and CFX, the fluid-solid coupling are simulated, the two different cross section shapes of columns are simulated, according to the comparison, the numerical results are in close compliance with the specification, it is verificatied feasibility to study the three-dimensional wave and the structures with this method. 3. Based on the three-dimensional numerical wave tank and the two-way coupling,it is studied the simulation analysis of the wave surface coupling、the dorsal surface coupling and the whole coupling respectively, and it is studied the superposition of the wave surface coupling and the dorsal surface coupling, it is maked the calculation results comparison of the the superposition coupling and the whole coupling, it shows that the superposition results of the wave surface coupling and the dorsal surface coupling is extremely similar with the whole coupling, the superposition coupling can take the place of the whole coupling, so it is calculated the bridge whole coupling,it gives suggestions to calculate its several parts of the coupling, and superpose these, it can greatly reduce the single amount of computation and the computation time and it can improve the optimal allocation of resources.
