Outer-plated steel-concrete composite structure is a new type of compositestructure which in the developed on the basis of steel-concrete composite structure. It enhances strong points and avoids weaknesses, which make full use of materialproperties of the steel and concrete.Research and engineering practice shows that the function of outer-platedsteel-concrete composite structure depends on the connection between theouter-plated steel and concrete. But the natural bond strength between the steel andconcrete is very small, which can’t provide enough combination effect. Steel andconcrete composite structure tends to set up a lot of shear connector to ensurecombination effect, which welding workload is big and has difficulties inconstruction. According to the faults of outer-plated steel-concrete compositestructure, this paper puts forward adopting corrugated steel plates as the steel of theouter-plated steel-concrete composite structure. The purpose is to improvecombination effect through improving the natural bond strength between the steeland concrete. Adopting corrugated steel plates can improve the natural bondstrength, which is helpful for two kinds of material to form a whole and better worktogether. At present, the research mainly focuses on the bonding performance of thesmooth steel plates and concrete. There is no relevant research data for the bondingperformance of corrugated steel plates and concrete. Therefore, the research on thebonding performance of corrugated steel plates and concrete has very importantsignificance. Our research group conducted two groups of push-out test, a total of21members. Research the bonding performance of corrugated steel plates with lentilform and concrete under the different forms of outsourcing and different factors. The first group has9members, which outsourcing form is the totally enclosed, i.e.,the form of CFSST Structures. The second group has12members, whichoutsourcing form is three surfaces with the steel and one surface connected bybrace. The push-out test measured the load-slip curve and the longitudinal straincurve of each member of two groups. Established typical model of load-slip curve, and summarizes the basic rules of longitudinal strain during load rising anddeclining. Contact the bonding mechanism of reinforced concrete and combinedwith the process of test, bonding mechanism of outer-plated steel-concrete areanalyzed in theory. Sort out the initial bonding strength, limit state bondingstrength and the residual bonding strength between corrugated steel plates withlentil form and concrete. And using the method of statistical regression, analysisthe three characteristics of the bond strength, established the outer-platedsteel-concrete bond strength calculation formula, used the regression formulacalculated results obtained are comparatively consistent with the test results. Results obtained are comparatively consistent with the test results. Adopthyperbolic model to fit the average bond strength-loading slip of test.Comparedthe fitting curve and test curve, the fitting effect is good. According to theexperiment measured the average longitudinal strain distribution curve, and usedforce balance to the fit the curve. By the slip and strain of outsourcing steel definesformula of slip relative between steel and concrete, and the sliding along theanchoring depth curve is drawn. According to average bond stress-slip curve, combined with family of local average bond stress-slip curve to build a model.According to the characteristics of the both curve shape is similar to establish themathematical relationship, two position function F (x)and G (x)are introduced toreflect the change rule of local bond stress and slip curve family of curves studiedconsidering the location changes, and studied constitutive relation whichconsidered the location changes.
