With the development of urban construction, land resources becomes more and morenervous, and the development and utilization of underground space has been gradually puton the agenda, such as the underground garage and the construction of the undergroundmall. With the more deeper development of the buildings, anti-floating has accompanied,and there are some few examples of underground structure because water buoyancydamage, anti-floating problems should cause enough attention of designers. Measurescurrently taken to solve anti-floating broadly are divided into two categories: one is heavypressure through increasing thickness of the soil or the basement floor; the other is upliftthrough arranging uplift pile or anti-floating anchor. Different projects should select themost appropriate and economical anti-float scheme with combination of factors.This paper focus on research in the design of anti-floating pile group effect andoptimized arrangement of uplift pile, analyzed by general finite element software MIDAS.This paper researches interaction of pile and soil,using the finite element software.Andbearing capacity changes of the the anti-floating pile group and the relationship betweenpile group effect and various factors when considering different factors such as length ofpile态the number of piles and pile spacing. When arranged uplift pile, especially when thereare a lot of piles,we should control pile spacing to reduce the effect of the pile groupconclusions. This paper analyzed and compared the difference between rectangular pile andcircular pile,proving the superiority of the rectangular pile bearing capacity with the finiteelement software.This paper also studied the impact of foundation beam under the different layoutscheme uplift pile,considering the pile foundation beam force characteristics in the upliftand pressure cases, and furnished the best scheme of uplift pile by engineering examples.Finally, in the confrontation floating anchorage of the anchor design, bolt technology,destruction modes, construction technology, anti-corrosion problems and the bolt bearingcapacity calculation are discussed. And according to engineering examples describes themethod of calculation of the anti-floating anchor and the most critical problem of anti-float checking in order to provide a reference to theengineering staff.
