With the wide use of power electronic equipment, the plenty of harmonics generated inthe power grid seriously affect the quality of power supply, increase the network loss,seriously, can cause equipment abnormal and even damaged. Take advantage of power factorcorrection (PFC) technology, it can effectively drops the harmonic content, reduces theharmonic pollution to power grid. In view of the three-phase high power applications, thethree-phase PFC technology has become one of the research hotspot in recent years.Firstly, the three-phase PFC technology is briefly introduced in this paper, the commonthree-phase active power factor correction circuit topologys and control methods aresummarized. On this basis, the PFC circuit of three-phase VIENNA structure based onone-cycle control is researched in the paper, the basic principle of one-cycle control isanalysed and the three-phase VIENNA topology is introduced. From the mathematicalmodeling and the working process analysis of the tandem double boost circuit whichdecoupling after this topology, the circuit core control equation of the control mode is given inthe paper. And with one-cycle control chip ICE2PCS01as the core, the detailed design methodof the control circuit is proposed. According to the above analysis, the overall design schemeabout PFC circuit of the three-phase VIENNA structure based on one-cycle control is given inthe paper, including the design and selection of the main circuit component parameters, suchas the input inductor, switch tube, power diode, output filtering capacitance, and the schematicdesign of the control circuit, such as the interval selection circuit, multi-channel switch inputcircuit and output logic circuit.Finally, a2kw PFC circuit of three-phase VIENNA structure based on one-cycle controlis developed in this paper. The experimental results show that this circuit has goodperformance and achives good power factor correction effect. Both theoretical analysis and prototype experiment verify the feasibility of the circuit design.
