Ground Simulation And Experiment Research For The Affect Of Optical System Caused By Flywheel Vibration

The vibration ground test system is used to study the influence of spacecraft opticalsystem by vibration of reaction flywheel. Ground vibration test system is divided intotwo parts, the first one is spacecraft simulator and the other is air spindle testbed.Spacecraft simulator is made up of structure simulator, control simulator and imagingsimulator. Structure simulator is used to simulate the real spacecraft body, controlsimulator is used to simulate the control system and imaging simulator is used tosimulate the optical imaging system. Besides, the air spindle testbed provideszero-gravity, low-friction rotation work environment for spacecraft simulator.The paper first gives the design and analysis of spacecraft simulators, and checksthe frequency of structure simulator, ensures that the base frequency of structuresimulator is close to the true spacecraft. Then the paper gives the design of the airspindle testbed, tests the carrying capacity of the gas film.Next the paper provides thedesign and analysis of the control system, after experimental verification, the anglecontrol accuracy of the control system is better than0.04°, which meets therequirement of vibration experiment.To evaluate the influence of spacecraft optical system by vibration of reactionflywheel, this paper introduces two kinds of evaluation tools, one is the fluctuation ofthe optical center position, the other is the ambiguity of the spot. The test results showthat when the reaction flywheel speed is very low, the static unbalance disturbance anddynamic unbalance disturbance of flywheel are low, so the fluctuation of the ambiguityand optical center position are not obvious, When the flywheel rotation frequency isclose to the structure frequency of spacecraft simulator, the flywheel causes resonance,so that the fluctuation of the ambiguity and optical center position are strenuous.
