Contactless power transmission has become a hot topic in modern powertransmission field, it can provide electricity to electrical equipment with non-electrical contact, avoid problems brought by the traditional way, such as securitycaused by poor contact between electrical plugs on the cable. And to some extent, thespace for movement of the electrical device is increased. Currently, contactlesspower transmission is mostly applied through inductive power transfer technology, which is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction and achievestransmission of energy by electromagnetic coupling. In electric vehicles, rail vehiclesand other fields, the technology has been widely used. However,in some special occasions such as the rotation of the robot joints, artificial organs, etc.,contactless power and signal synchronous transmission isrequired, completion of a single job will lose the meaning of the whole system. Therefore, for the contactless power transmission in some applications problems, thispaper presents two research program that signal can be transported with power, which is based on inductive power transfer system.Firstly, with inductive power transfer system as basic research, the papergeneralizes its development status, and describes the inductive power transfer thebasic principles and structure, introduces the compensation theory under inductivepower transfer system, Combines with the topic of the contactless power and signalsynchronous transmission, do a more detailed summary of the status of the researchand development, summarizes the important significance of the signal synchronoustransfer in contactless power transmission system.Based inductive power transfer system structure, this paper proposed twosolutions to synchronous transmission of power and signal, In accordance with itscharacteristics, it is divided: AM transmission systems and Injection transmissionsystem. The thesis discusses two signal loading and the demodulation principle indetail. By using Simulink to conduct a system-level circuit simulation of theproposed transmission system, the simulation results were analyzed, and verified thefeasibility of the program. Three-dimensional modeling and simulation were finishedby finite element analysis software Ansoft maxwell for later adopted GU48tank-type electromagnetic coupling model, the paper analyzes coupling characteristics underdifferent air gap.The system supplies power to small control systems as an object, hardwareexperiments platform was designed that was based on two programs. with thisexperimental platform, a contactless power and signal synchronization transmissionwas implemented, the expected experimental results was achieved. Finally, usingdifferent model analysis theoretical to analyze data transfer rate and powertransmission characteristics of two programs, the advantages and disadvantages ofeach of the two programs are comparative and analyzed.
