| The Linear actuator has been widely applied in the field of constructionmachinery. However, many energy is wasted due to multi-way valve control.Theoretically, the Linear actuator controlled by HT (Hydraulic Transformer) canwork without throttle loss. Also, it could adjust the output pressure according to thedifferent load. Based on the advantages mentioned above, hydraulic transformer hasa prospective application on construction machinery.This paper is primarily focusing on swash-plate linear actuator controlled byHT, which described the characteristics of HT and analyzed hydraulic transformercontrolled linear actuator theoretically. After establishing the mathematical model inline with theoretical analysis, simulation has been made and verified characteristicsof flow rate, pressure, transformation ratio of HT and pressure-load characteristics,which corroborated HT could control hydraulic cylinder and adjusted pressureaccording to different load.Due to non-linear characteristics of HT, research on control strategy on linearactuator controlled by HT has been made. Using self-adapted control method,simulation has been made and proved this control strategy could effectively dealwith parameter disturbance problem and greatly improved capacity of resistingdisturbance.Referring to the theory result original experimental bench has been modifiedby changing the working condition of HT controlled linear actuator, workingcharacteristics has been induced to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.Finally, the experimental test has proved that HT could control Linear actuator inCPR network effectively and efficiently. |
