The pump valve is one of the important control element of aerospace engine.In order to adapt to spaceflight plumbing quality control of a engine, a higherrequest of pump must be given. The correct installment of valve ring flange boltgroup connection to ensure both the structural integrity of flange joint and theconnection sealing are of great significance. Valve ring flange deformationuniformity mainly depends on the connecting ring flange bolt assembly process.Tightenning bolts assembly sequence is one of the important factors to ensure theconsistency of the pre-tightening force.This thesis analyse process of the valve ring bolt group after doing assemblyprocess analysis research. Revising coefficient of the torque formula. The valveflange rigidity are analyzed in theory and the valve flange ring bolt grouptheoretical research model is established.Besides,the taper symmetry method andWaters method are used to determine the rigidity of valve flanged fittings.According to the research of parameters and working conditions of the flange,3D model and the boundary conditions of valve ring flange are established. Throughthe finite element analysis of the valve flange to sequence assembly,diagonalassembly and sync-assembly obtain the influence of valve ring assembly sequenceon the stress and deformation of valve flange. The optimization solution ofdeformation of flange is obtained.According to the characteristics of bolt pre-tightening force and experimentalrequirements, this thesis adopting methods such as functional analysis, principle ofdesign and process design, developed a set of multichannel valve ring bolt pre-tightening force signal tester. The pre-tightening force test system hardwaremodules and circuit scheme is designed. The programme of the bolt pre-tighteningforce multi-channel signal tester and complete the pre-tightening force testingsystem assembly is developed.This thesis use Matlab to fit out the curve of each sensor and calculating thecharacteristic parameters of the sensor. Valve assembly process experiment platformis set up. Analyzing the effect of gaskets, lubricating and so on. In the conditionsof sequence assembly,diagonal assembly and sync-assembly,valve ring bolt groupassembly process experiment is verified. Square deviation analysis and Chebyshevinequality is used to evaluate and predict the results of experiments.
